Qui apporte quoi?

One organized potluck, zero headaches for everyone

Build the list in ten seconds with ready-made suggestions, share one link, and everyone picks what they're bringing. No more three bags of chips… and finally, someone remembers dessert.

Free for up to 20 things to bring per event. No account required.

How it works

1

Build the list in ten seconds

Pick the occasion and check off the ready-made suggestions (turkey, salads, dessert...). You can adjust everything afterward.

2

Share ONE link

Just one link, by text or email. No app to install, no account for your guests.

3

Everyone picks what they're bringing

Each guest clicks on what they'll bring. No more three bags of chips and zero dessert.

Your first name, yes. Your email, never.

A potluck coordinates out in the open: everyone's first name shows up next to what they're bringing, that's the whole point. Emails only ever get used to send your reminders, and are never shown to anyone.

No account

Not to organize, not to join in. A first name is all it takes to say what you're bringing.

Nothing to install

It works right in the browser, on a phone or a computer, like any link you'd open.

Your email stays private

It's only used to send your link and the day-before reminder. Never shown, never passed along to anyone.

For every occasion worth sharing

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes. You can add up to 20 things to bring per event, for free. Beyond that, unlock unlimited additions for $5.99 CAD, a single payment, no subscription.
Do I need an account to organize or join in?
No, neither you nor your guests. You get your organizer link by email when you create the event, and each guest only needs a first name to say what they're bringing.
How do guests pick what they're bringing?
They open your link, see the table already sorted by category (starters, mains, desserts, drinks...), and click “I'll bring this!” on anything still free. They can also suggest their own dish if they'd rather.
How does the day-before reminder work?
The day before your event, everyone who left an email gets a note (“Tomorrow's the day, you're bringing: X”), and you, the organizer, get a full recap. It's free and automatic.
What does it cost past 20 things to bring?
Nothing, as long as you stay under 20 active things to bring (suggestions and guest additions included). Beyond that, a one-time $5.99 CAD unlock per event removes the limit for good. The number of contributions and guests never has a cap.
Does it work with Qui sera là??
Yes. If you have an invitation on quiserala.ca, you can attach your potluck to it: guests confirm they're coming, then see a link to the list to pick what they'll bring. It works the other way too: create the potluck here and link it to your invitation.
Do guests see my email, or do I see theirs?
Never. Emails never leave the app: they're only used to send you your organizer link and the day-before reminder. Only first names and dishes show up on the public page.
Can a guest change their mind after saying what they're bringing?
Yes, anytime: the link they got by email (or their browser's memory of it) lets them cancel their contribution, freeing it up for someone else.
